I dont think the wb is quite right it has a blueish tint to it.

As for the picture - its very good looks more like the sea than a river

It's HDR...there is no white balance in HDR.
It's meant to be blue, that's the whole point of contrast ratio in HDR.

Very dramatic.

I would have liked it a bit lighter though, but I think its the gloomy effect u were going for. heh
