i actually dont know what that does ^^, will i get better images using p mode, semi-auto or macro mode?

Macro mode allows the lens to focus closer to a subject, this in turn provides much more detail to small subjects like eyes.

P (program) mode is a mode which automatically sets the shutter speed and F stop for you, while you control everything else. This is used for if you are walking around
downtown and you turn the corner and you have literally a few second to get the shot.

Not sure what "Semi-Auto" is. But, if it has the word "Auto" in it, it can't be good.

So i will actually get a better picture using the macro mode? ohmy.gif

Only for close-up subjects though.
Don't try using Macro for a landscape unless you want the entire photo out of focus lol!

TV and AV are either for allowed longer shutter speed (I use them for lightning photographs as it keeps the shutter open longer or shorter)
