Although I think it's a little dark, and needs a little more contrast I think. Perhaps the whites should be whiter (no racial implications of course).
Maybe also give the vector art the same depth of field to make it look 3D as well.

A bit too dark maybe, but looks good. Why the strange lines though?

as for the pic, i think it needs bit more contrast and the product just doesent pop out to your face as a product shot should in my opinion. Dept of field is good imo
