I have just recived a copy of a certain photogaphy magazine, which included a test.
The canon EOS 450D (the one im biast towards) came 4th in this test.
The Fuji FinePix S5 Pro was rated highest, closely followed by the Sony A350. Unfortunatly in the summary the reader (me) was told why each camera was placed in that position, except the Canon which got one sentance saying it was a "delight to use", in the test it was clear that the canon took the best photos and had the best ISO performance, the only negatives were: -Plastic Body, -Digic III (not IV) processor. So why was it placed so low?!..
..Ok so im not that bothered, because everyone on the internet say this is the best mid-range camera - and im gonna go with the majority!
Later i was reading about dust prevention in cameras and, to my suprise, The canon EOS series, and the Nikons were the worst cameras for preventing dust, and the sony, samsung, pentax, etc models were the best. But, hold on!! I was told on the internet, in several independant tests, that the EOS dust systems were great, and the Sonys were near to useless!
Well this concludes my rant!
Well, they just released Digic IV processors a few weeks ago....
