First of all I hope this is the correct forum, if it's not, please re-direct me to the right one

My questions are: (I'm new to photoshop, atm getting sort of a cursus of using it in school.)

How to make letters etc animating?
How to make those insane rare forms? (Like crisscross lines etc)
Is there any guide to use Photoshop CS3 ?

Paying to get taught how to use diffrent aspects of photoshop
