Point and shoot cameras are different than SLR cameras. They're okay, I've only had 2 to be honest, and I moved onto SLR to expand my photography hobby.

It's not bad that you got a new camera, no, but of course there is always going to be better out there.

I don't know much about the camera itself, that you got, never used one before.
