In my opinion, Photoshop Elemental 6.0 is the best for photographers, since it's based
around a photography stand-point.

While the bigger Photoshop (Which cost about $500 more) has all the same features as Elements, it only has
a bunch more based for web and graphic artists.

Whats the best in your opinion?

Is there some things on elements 6 that cs3 doesent have? If not, then cs3 is better since it has more options for everything else too.

i mean photoshop 6 will probably do all your basic stuff, but i reckon cs3 is better

all you really need is curves tool, layer mask and unsharp mask anyway...

well I think the full versions of cs3 or cs4 cost almost $1000 but Ive never heard anyone paying anything for it well except for schools and firms because they are forced to obtain software the legal way

Well, me since im a graphic artist i use photoshop cs4...yes it may cost a lot but as a designer, i really need it....
