Alright, the first ever (I think) Themed Photography contest of D2jsp!
The theme is: Reflections

Your task is to go out, and get 1 (one) picture under the theme of reflections!
It may be anything you like, but it must be a reflection.

Some examples: Mirror reflections, Window reflections, I know some glossy TV's reflect nicely, chrome wheels etc.
Use your imagination, go get a picture of a reflection and post it here!

Due date: November 11th, where we will start voting on who wins.

Rules:
Any photos not under the theme will be reported as spam.
1 photo per person.
Don't vote until contest is closed please, it will not count.

Photo shop is allowed, but not heavily. (Ex. Contrast, saturation, color corrections are good.)

I just LOVE to take photos of reflections. Its just too bad that I dont have a camera right now course there are quite a lot of tall glass buildings not far from where I live now.

not whole a lot of reflections in this one but I think its one of the better reflection pics Ive taken so far.


btw I dont think you are allowed to arrange a contest on here without having permission from the mods. I did it once and they locked it after a day but I do hope yours will survive longer

I think this competition is fine, because there is no prize. It's just for fun. So we don't need anybody's permission to do it, I don't think.

I think the date should me moved to a later date though. Some people don't even log on here for 3 days. And besides, I can't even think of a picture to take right now with reflections I could use an old picture easily - but that's no fun I'll try to get one posted up.

lol I guess you are right well then I guess I will have to post a brand new one sometime in the future, like two or three months from now -.-

Here's mine

-.- to make a long story short... I sold it mainly because I had to move and I found out that the warranty would be invalid outside Europe so I thought I'd might as well sell it and get a brand new one later on.

uh first of all I got like 1000 canadian dollars for the body which is 100 bucks more than a brand new one would cost in Canada. Otherwise I would have to pay big money if anything happens to the camera. Believe its one of the toughest decision I had to make because I really LOVED my camera almost as much as my own life lol And of course the whole moving thing isn't cheap you know especially if you move to another continent with no friends living there and all of the sudden you find yourself spending whole a lot more money than you planned -.- so please dont judge people when you dont know what kind of situation they are in and all the difficult choices they have to make

I think this is my only reflection photo, i only did normal raw settings and added one light sepia photo filter, but i made the settings quite much different from original and i think its too much for the contest, but ill share it enyways.
