I just got a Canon Rebel XSi

Cool camera. I use the XTI

I'm just starting to get into photography. Fun stuff. I'll post some pics on here eventually - but I haven't even used my camera yet. It just arrived today but I'm not getting home until tomorrow morning. What lenses do you have? I got the kit lens and am going to get the 50mm f/1.8, and ordered the Sigma 70-300 dg apo with my camera (got it for under $200 with the package deal.) But I'm unsure if the AF will be fast enough to photograph action, and since it has no IS I'm not sure if I'll keep it. If it's sharp I probably will. We'll see.

lol I still remember when I got my EOS 40D four months ago. the first thing I did was going to a nearby computer store and bought a filter and CF card then I started try out my new toy think I took 50 pics like an hour after I got my camera

sigh right now I am "cameraless" only got an EF-S 17-85 IS USM lens with hood and filter but I will get a new one as soon as I have found a job

oops. Looked and didn't see it.

I just have the kit lens, plus another one which is slightly better than the kit: Tamron 28-55mm F3.5-5.6 - Nothing special. I'm getting a wide angle one in a couple of months: http://www.thecamerastore.com/products/catalog/zoom-lenses/sigma-ex10-20-mm-canon-ef-s-mount. I got my camera about a year ago, and still haven't been able to afford a decent lens. Although, I've spent money on other things instead.
