Well I finally got around to doing something Ive been meaning to do for some time.

I cut my Canon 0c-e3 shoe cord in half.



Fear not my friends. Using what tools I had on hand and some nifty soldering skills I picked up modding xbox controllers. I soon breathed new life into this cable. It shall now serve a greater purpose.

I added 6pin mini din connectors to the ends of both my oc-e3 and a cat6 cable NOW I have a little over 20 feet to play with so that I can take cool shots like THIS !!!

Good idea to make removable extension cable to that, i didnt put eny plugs to mine and i made it bit shorter. U could get even longer cable to that allso, but if u make it over 5 meters long flash might not work other than manual settings.

Fuck that is one smart idea.

I don't really understand Get how you connected the chords (have no idea what the chords are) and everything, but don't get how you actually take the picture.

lol i dont really get it either but I think it has something to do with external flash... think you can plug more flashes to your camera using these cords or something

lol seriously though I was just bored and made it for fun and to learn more about photoshop but hahaha now you said it, it kinda made me think of those gay cruises, you know a huge cruise ship full of gay people
