Hey, I have a picture I want to upload into a website.

I can't because they accept 10000k max jpeg. pictures only.

Is it possible to reduce the quality of my pictures to 10000k without losing all the quality?

you can reduce the pictures sizes to around 512 x 382

if u dont have photoshop u can get infranview for free, u can downsize ur pics with it, its real simple and easy to use program. If u make those 521x382 with full quality they might get around the size u need, if u use 90%quality u wont really see eny changes but atleast then they should go under that size.

where do I go to change the size and quality? I have the program instaled.

image -> resize/resample and when u save it asks what quality u want to save it
