I got a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H5, is that bad? :S
I just found out my iso is on 1000, I don't know much about cameras.

high iso number means the sensor is more sensitive to light and when its sensitive it gets noise easier. Better sensors can handle higher sensitivys without getting so noisy. All pocket cameras have crap sensor
