My sister took this with my digital camera. I had left the focus on Infinity by accident.
I know there is a name for this style of picture but i cant remember what its called.
This was taken at a pullout on the road to see the Cliffs of the Hawaiian Island Kauai.

I think the illusion works so well because your eye is unable to determine the scale of the things around the subjects.
this is mostly because everything in the picture is in focus.
you cant tell how wide the creek is. you cant tell how far away the road is. And of course, you cant tell how big or small me or my dad are.

somehow i just keep seeing ur dad further away than you

wouldve been better if you reached your arm out so he was standing on your hand
