How did you get it so the two people were not looking like the background? I have some ideas, but yours might be easier lol. I like the black and white one the most.

well first I used the lasso tool to like draw a line around those two people, like encircle them to select those two then I just refined the selection with the magic wand tool lol thats the fastest way I know to select large objects containing different colors and shades otherwise it would take a million years to select those two with just magic wand lmao. but please tell me your idea maybe its easier than mine tongue.gif
glad you like the black & white one. well feel free to edit the original photo if you want smile.gif course Id like to see how others do it

To my knowledge the lasso tool doesn't select them very easily. You have to keep doing selections etc so you get it right... I don't know what you mean by encircle them or refined with magic tool???

What I woulda done is copied the picture in a new page, and cut out the two people by using both the magic wand and lasso... but it looks choppy sometimes. And then i'd paste the cut out people ontop of the edited photo. If that makes sense.

So you just circled them best you could with the lasso, then clicked on them with the magic wand? doesn't make sense to me lol cause the magic wand does selection to... wouldn't it erase the "lasso" selection you did before?

uh the lasso tool I use automatically select the part it encircled hmm lmao maybe i should take a screenshot. and then I just use Magic wand and right click on those part I dont want to be selected and choose subtract from selection... I will upload a screenshot soon

this is what it looks like after I lassoed the two persons so they were automatically selected by the lasso tool then I just click on the magic wand tool and subtract or add those areas I want or dont want. anyway lmao gonna hit the hay again, stayed up late course I couldnt sleep lol

the editing u did tbh is pretty much what any one can do that doesn't have a clue of what ps of capable of.
its just some filters

@ chantal easier way to select the part u needed is using a quick layer mask, bottom left icon,it might not be faster but way more accurate.
theres lots of way to make a nice selection in ps

Yeah, I knew there were other ways. His way doesn't make any sense though (I actually never knew there were filters for that kind of thing - lol). I'd rather have more accuracy than to do it faster though. I'm not too familiar with the layer masks though, is that how you do a selective coloring method? I mean, it must be similar, right? I did use a layer mask from this tutorial: http://www.photoshopsupport.com/tutorials/or/selective-coloring.html I used it with the signature I have now.

I haven't done a whole lot of photoshop though.
