I'm thinking of buying new digital camera im thinking about nikon d60 does anybody have it? Is it good anything should I know bout that?

It doesent have autofocus motor build in, so u need to get some special lenses for it if u want to use auto focus, range of those lenses is limited. It allso has only 3 focus points. If u absolutely have to get nikon get d80, those cheaper models are stripped so much theyr a joke. Still id suggest you to buy 450d unless u want to pay little extra for 40d. U should read some comparisations between d60, 450d and iv heard good thing about sonys too.

I dont know about the D60 but I have the D40x and I personally love it and would highly recommend it

i have a nikon d40. absolutely love it. autofocus and manual.
great camera, decent price too.
