Well, I own myself a numeric camera, but I somehow doesn't use it very often (even though it has decent stats I think, 10 M pixels etc, more than enough). The thing is, do you wake up and just think "today I'm gonna go take a picture of this, this and this..." or how do you actually proceed ? Frankly I just take a picture whenever I see someone which is beautiful or might have a nice render on my image, lucky enough if I possess my camera in my bag, otherwise I just let it slip. So, how do you guys actually work tongue.gif ?

uh so I guess you are into portrait photography or?? and i assume you have a simple point and shoot camera right? well when I want to take pictures which is quite often I would just bring my camera with me anywhere I go or just take a walk with my camera. I only take pics of people who were doing something funny or interesting I don't just take a pic of some stranger that look "hot" lol its just dumb tongue.gif

unlike most people on this site, i try not to spend everyday sitting on my ass.
i plan things, like a trip to the river, a hike, or climbing a mountain.
i too carry my camera with me at all times, i try to never take photo's of people...people are boring to me
i wanna show people that choose not to get out of their chair what they miss.... but even then, when they have the image in front of them...
it's more like, just another pretty picture...they don't get the experience..

i suppose, i work everyday.

Pretty much whenever I feel like taking pictures I just bring my camera with me if I'm going anywhere. If I'm going somewhere I've never been before, I bring my camera. If I go to someone's place, I sometimes bring my camera with me. And whatever catches my eye or I find interesting, I snap it in a picture to keep. I try to get a good decent shot of it too. I don't just wake up one day and be like: I'm going to take a picture of this. Because if you do that, chances are, you won't find that picture. The best is to just bring your camera everywhere you go and you might get lucky if you find something cool. It's part of my daily life, yes, but it's just a hobby smile.gif

ah a New Yorker happy.gif well I dont know what you have been through that made you disliking people but you have to know that most people aren't as bad as you think all you have to do
is to give them a chance and be open minded and try not to hold a grudge for too long. Im speaking out of personal experience here (I actually befriended two guys who used to bully me back in grade 7 lol) I think its really up to you to bring out the good side of the people around you well you can not like everyone of course. I for one dislike boring, rude and serious people maybe I just dont want to become one of them smile.gif

I take my camera with me a lot, since i make many trips and you never know when you will see something nice. Whenever i walk around i automatically search for nice pictures.. i just cant help it haha. Sometimes a picture is planned, but that is hard when a place is too far away. im getting more and more serious with photography, it still is a hobby though.
