What new lens were you looking into?

I´m not too sure yet to be honest. Considering the fact that I might be buying a Mk II, I propably have to go for a rather cheap lens. That´d be a 85mm 1.8 or a 50mm 1.4 to start off with. I also want the 24-70mm 2.8 L and the 70-200mm f4 L IS USM

for studio conditions the primes will pay off much more than the zooms I guess. But for weddings and events the zooms might come in handy.

If you're serious about making it in fashion photography, look at getting yourself some management. A friend's with D+V, and has managed to get some amazing jobs thanks to them, though his previous experience working under Sam Taylor Wood certainly helped.
Have you looked at the assistant route? Even if it means moving, and being paid peanuts for a few years, working with an established photographer will get your name out there. More importantly though, you'll get contacts, which are absolutely essential in this kind of industry.

If you don't already, start getting involved in your local art scenes, get to know local artists, contacts are incredibly important.

A Facebook group was mentioned earlier, have you thought about paying for ads on Facebook to create incredibly targeted ads for your audience? If not, do it. Thanks to the way it works, you can setup up ads for a very specific demographic, which will help to get you a good conversion rate. Plus, they're dirt cheap as far as ads go.

Works like Google Ads, basically, but you can be incredibly specific with who you target your ads to.

Also, remember that you probably won't have all that much free time during your degree to freelance.

No idea, but honestly, paranoia is pointless, unless you're an amazing photographer, what's the likelihood that they'll use your photos for anything?

You have to weight up the pros and cons of it, and in this situation, it's pretty much all positive.

They can. It may be unlikely, but anything you upload onto facebook can be used by them for whatever they want to do with it, including advertising / making money etc. Basically, don't upload anything to facebook that you don't want to give away.

and another question, could I just open up a "local business" on facebook and use it as some kind of shop or something.

Imagine I´d create a site now, and write into my info: photographing this and that for this and that amount of money.

is that even allowed without any limitations?
