looks nice, B&W is good here imo, pic reminds me of a book "The Giving Tree" ^^ contrast is good, seems a bit too bright in the middle but still works for me 8/10

I think the mid tones are far too grey and flat in this image. The contrast is there to play with so why not bump it up? Did you do much highlight recovery to this? Do you have a tighter crop? Maybe with her eyes open looking at the camera and cropped right into the elbows? 6/10

Shot some images in the studio for a friend's music profile. Want to go the gritty look so I shot it and treated it that way. It's a shame about the web file because there is so much more detail in the blacks in the full 16bit psd.

can provide a lighting setup if anyone is interested

Also nice b&w but as for me to low you placed your camera and vignette don't work for me, 5/10

Holy Crap!!! 10/10. D2JSP Photo Forum has just been OWNED by a pro!!
I feel like this photo is begging for a little more head room. its unique composition really works here. Expression, LIGHTING, black/gray textures.. everything is excellent.

9/10. I LOVE her expression, and composition is really good. My only concern is how oversharpened this is!

Since you're showing a senior...

Today's HS senior shoot. I'm sure there are better options, but I haven't gotten to editing them.

I apologize, but this file was shot with a Sony :)
It's a tad bit underexposed.
