A very plain photograph to me. Nothing is really interesting in this shot and I find it hard to find a focal point.

However, the isolation with the shallow depth of field is nice and I like the idea of the low angle.

4/10

One thing you could do to improve, I see that there is what looks to be a drink slightly reflected in the glasses, so make it so that you can see the entire glass, or at least more of it.

I tried out an HDR on this.. I suppose I went a bit overboard with the editing though.

Sure beats the crap out of my last attempt at an HDR though.

Sorry young bro, but I'd like to interject for a moment. I'm much more interested in what the light was doing to your right and behind you ^_^

I never tried to get into it because I have other interests like playing the piano and double bass. I play those well and they're hard to play. I'm not stupid, I just love having a different personality on-line, rather amusing.

Classical guitar> both. Piano is ezcakes and double bass = power chord boringness :D

Natural sun light on my top-right side, think it was something around 7am-8am don't remember. Was aiming to catch that nice sun right after sunrise.

As for this one, of the focus, boring. 2/10

I was thinking whats so special about my light :P
Anyway, I like his shot looks good but his conversion to HDR looks not completed for me I would play little bit more with dark side of the shot specially whit middle part of shot about water looks to dark comparing to bright sun but thats my opinion. gj kratos ;)

Believe it or not, despite the sunset, the light is actually pretty shitty around that time right there. It casts this nasty orange/green glow from it coming off the water. Also, the only thing that was behind me was a few boats in their slips and then a privacy fence that I can't go over.

The overall scene is rather boring. If I remember next time I go down I can do a 360 of that and show you.

I'm not extremely fond of the composition but I've found when shooting plants I sometimes have a hard time myself. Maybe it's just my personal taste, I don't know. Therefore I generally only go for the single flower. Looks great otherwise. I think I may have liked it more in black and white though, the brown tones put me off a little.

I know this is a cliche thing to take photos of, but I never had before, so I gave it a try :P
