Oh, I have to be careful with random flirting then.

Before I was with my bf I pretty much only dated hispanics, he knows how I am about them xD

Relax, you're married. Therefore, you're to be respected.

How are you about Hispanics?

Actually Im not, lol. He knows I think marriage is just a piece of paper, plus gotta love the tax breaks.

Well I guess I should say how I was. And I guess the best way to say it would be a 'slut', as I was referred to at another point in this thread

We completely made this thread not about animals o_o

Dude seriously, its everywhere, not just one spot :(

You can tell people dont even take it seriously either, with the sort of photos they take. Id be embarrassed to show anything like that publicly. Its not about being passionate about something anymore =/

I see this too, and it's so sad. I wish talent was still a factor in getting somewhere. The market is loaded with people who don't care too much or try that hard, and it makes it a difficult place to dive in to properly. =/
I hope I can make a living off it in a few years.

I find it hard to believe, but harder to believe you'd say something like that here. It's admirable.
I agree with marriage being simply a piece of paper. There's something enticing (and hot) about just getting with someone and starting a life together instead of going through all the formalities. But I shouldn't be promoting this :D Weddings are a big source of income.

???? = ?
Relax, the market will fix itself. Try doing some fusion photo/video in the meantime. It's a big hit in cities like NY and San Francisco, and so far I booked 2 weddings just from it. On-the-spot editing is a big hit too.

I don't care how good I get, as long as there is someone better than me, I'm somewhat embarrased to show my stuff. But there's those that are willing to pay for what I make, so I just take advantage of it :D

The key to a wedding photography business is decent exposure, a decent product, and a bad-ass personality. I get more referrals off 'friends' I make during weddings than anywhere else.
From what you've posted here, you may have what it takes to be great! What market are you in (city)?

Ive always had that hope too, but after seeing what people expect and like from photographers now, Im a little..disenchanted? I dont know if thats the right word for how I feel. Disappointed, definitely.

Haha, why? If I wont say how I feel about something, even on the internet, Im obviously ashamed of it. And Im not ashamed of anything. Yes, exactly. People are just conforming to what society tells them is the norm..no thanks. I actually got married once when I was 17, it was retarded, and now I know better. I seriously laughed out loud when I read the part about not promoting staying unmarried xDD

Lol thats true too. Sometimes when I see stuff posted here Im like god, why should I even post D:

So if someone asked you to do vintage style editing on their photos, would you do it? Just curious :D.

aww I was getting all happy

Would I do vintage? It depends on the couple - I must either know them or I must like them a lot. A more selfish reason would be if they're really good looking.
I always try to convince them to let me take a more natural approach and use vintage effects on select images. They oft agree. If they don't, I refer them to a girl that specializes on that.

Wow married when you were 17! I got married @ 18, common-law only. She had a baby and it hurt soooooo much splitting from the baby :(

The only reason I post here is because we can troll each other and be cool about it. Also, there isn't anyone that's cocky (unlike FM forums, for example). I think I'm the cockiest here :\
