Wow this picture really looks pro!!
The colors are reallly intense and there is so much detail!
I give it a 9/10
But I can't say what could be inproved... maybe just take some of the dust off before shooting it :p

Here's my latest boredom editing when work is slow..
I actually get paid to play with my lap top and edit my pictures

Wow. Just Wow.

The pic above is very powerful, the stormy sea, dark gloomy clouds and the dark orange colors all fit the pic very very nicely. The DOF is excellent.

If you can enter this pic for the contest, i think you'll do very well.

a 10/10 from me

I love myself some macro photography. Very interesting subject to shoot macro in my opinion. Very interesting seeing what it looks like up close. Nice DoF. However, I think this shot lacks a main focal point. For that reason I'm going to give it a 6/10

Here is one of my old favorites. Took this when I was first getting into photography about a year ago.

I used my Nikkor AI-S 50mm f/1.4 Manual. Shot in very tall grass in my backyard, like you see in this shot...

There are plenty of shots like this elsewhere. This idea of a shot isn't very original by any means. Doubting it's my shot is rather silly.

Aperture and Focal Length are null because the body does not recognize the lens. Had to shoot completely manual with out metering.

Camera: Nikon D80
Exposure: 1/4000 sec
Aperture: f/0.0
Focal Length: 0 mm
ISO Speed: 200
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: No Flash

oic. 1.2 50 mm should produce the same. I'm doing an ad and I need a shot similar to this. Thank you for so much info.

Keep in mind what I said about the grass. It was very tall, like knee high. Don't you have a macro 105mm(ish) 2.8? Personally I'd use that, I took this before I had my macro lens. Wouldn't have been able to make it seem so macro-ish if the grass wasn't so tall.
