the lighting is good, but not where it matters, eyes are not right to me, if the hair was not in the way it wouldve helped to light her eye

This. Poor lighting. Remember the good ol' rule: hide your joker, show your ace. The lighting in this is horrible! You should've bounced flash from the right side.

i dont use any flash man, its the light coming from window, i dont have flash for my camera and i never use built-in one too.

This is pretty. 8/10.

Based on opinion only, what I don't like is the composition. While the centered path towards the storm can be filled with english-major garbage, and even though its symmetry (including the fields around) make it compositionally correct, I don't find this photo appealing. The storm doesn't look menacing enough. Maybe a less saturated sky,more emphasized blacks, or even a raised tone curve, would make this more appealing.
