In this world there are leaders and followers
you sir, are a follower

I am? What exactly have you done that's conceptual, exciting and original? Just because I stick to traditional methods of photography does not mean I lack creativity and originality.

No need to attack me personally, its a sign of desperation

But everything you've posted in here demonstrates that you don't support change and creativity, does it really matter what other people do? why do they have to follow your guidelines and the guidelines of other professionals?

Photography for most people is an hobby, not a job. Only on the job do you have a set task and set procedure

Understand that the world is what we make it, not what is previously defined

It was no more of a personal attack than your comment was.
I support creativity, I just prefer experimentation with the correct tools as opposed to experimentation with photo manipulation, you want crazy colours? Try shooting film with long exposures, the colours will shift, or try using out of date film. There are always much better ways to play with things than just fucking around in photoshop, and it'll show in your finished work.

A serious hobbyist would be serious about doing the best he or she possible could.

Key words are highlighted, i hope you understand

and heres the dictionary definition of hobbyist

Hobbyist:
a person who pursues an activity in their spare time for pleasure

Theres nothing in there that says you have to follow rules and regulations

Try not to be so conceited

This is my last post here, you don't need to post anymore either.

So you don't think photography is about trying to get the best picture possible from the camera? You think it's just about taking something and then editting it afterwards?
I don't think I ever said it was a rule to do things properly, in fact, if all you lot are to be believed, it's not, the rule is to edit the shit out of your images in PS.
Why wouldn't I need or want to post here anymore? I rather enjoy debates.

What do you see wrong in trying to get the best image possible on your film or digital sensor?

Though I do agree with some of the things you said but I think you shouldn't make it sound like it's absolutely the right way and the only way. I mean we all have different opinions about things and if some people prefer to heavily edit their photos it's their preference and no one should criticize them.
