It's being automatically taken, presumably via an RSS feed of the tag. Nothing sinister going on, and it's just a thumbnail that links to the Flickr page.

me too, but that grain doesent look good imo, looks like film was underexposed and lightened up by the scanner

Probably just the scanner that was used, had some idiots in the shop do it, the negs look decently exposed.

the grain and low contrast looks exactly like the film is underexposed and lightened on scanner. i have scanned tons of negatives and they scan exactly like that when the film is underexposed, and cant be scanned like that if film is exposed correctly. first frame seems to have alot of more of that grain and lacking more contrast than the second one, this is also suggesting that the first frame was underexposed more and needed to be lightened up more when scanning/processing scanned image
