Holy crap how do you guys take self portraits...
I always cheated by using my daughter to hold and click...
But I tried on my own and failed 90% of the shots..
First I tried with the delay, but the AF gets adjusted when I click... then when I run in front of the camera, it's all out of focus...
Then I tried holding my arm as far as I could to press the button, while holding the chair with the other hand so I don't fall forward (ofc camera on a tripod) but still, if I move a little after the focus is made, it is blurred again...
I think I would need some kind of thing to hold the trigger from further (don't know the name of that device)...

Anyhow, here's one picture with my reading glasses on (yes, I do need them for reading.... that is what being over 40 years old do to ya :p )

Wow, Smokin! :o

What I did was is pre adjust the focus to a point where my head was roughly going to be, then set a 10 second timer and take a few shots hoping one would be Sharp Haha

You mean serious business!

I would maybe try manual focus!!! Focus on the spot, then when you move the focus will always stay to where you focused it to. It sounds difficult... but it's do-able!
