Actually, white is a colour, black is not.

Actually white or black arent colors, but b&w pics are called monochromatic, since there are two different "colors", black can be changed to other colors like sepiamtoned and its still monochromatic

uhh nah I am not sure they are that important tongue.gif. I mean the only time I have seen the word monochrome was when I was in a computer class back in highschool learning about the history of PC laugh.gif
and I have no idea what the other word means and i don't think I have seen that word before either tongue.gif. Yeah I know I am kinda deprived tongue.gif.

I'm still yet to see any real evidence that you're right, you could atleast try linking to sources.

White is a colour.

Yes, white is a color. White reflects all the colors of the visible light spectrum to the eyes.

So white is relative to where in the universe we find ourselves. It would therefore be xeno-species-ist to call white anything other than colour.
Black, however, is different. When faced with no light whatsoever (in either of our visible ranges) we could happily agree with our alien that it is black

White is a colour. The human eye will see white when the 3 cone cells have been stimulated equally (red, green and blue). If all the colours of the rainbow were mixed in the correct amounts, or RGB (255, 255, 255) white would be produced, making it a colour.

White is a color, the perception which is evoked by light that stimulates all three types of color sensitive cone cells in the human eye in near equal amount and with high brightness compared to the surroundings.
