5/10..

The focus is off and the squinting doesn't help either.

I took this picture when I was in New York. It's out in the woods. My family owns a huge chunk of land that is mainly woodsy so we have cabins and such there. I hope you like it...

longer shutter speed and larger DoF would helped

Probably. I have a few other pictures of plants and bugs and some animals if you or anyone else would like to see.

The focal seems much too bright, compared to the rest of the photo. And the tones used make me think of polluted water :( The focus is very nice though.

Perhaps bw for this one? 5/10

Going to just start posting some older photos so I can join in again, I miss posting xD

It seems to be a little too long for a single spider, I do enjoy the shot but maybe consider cropping it to be a little smaller, unless it was your point; to have a long picture with a small focus point. (Not an insult) 6/10

The unedited one was MUCH better.
I really liked the other version.

Yeah I'm starting to regret the vignetting but is it better with the second tree or just the one?

Oh, well thank-you. I thought the second tree would add a sense height or just add a 'something', but thanks for the critism.

Its so funny, normally I crop EVERY photo I have into a square, but this forum seems to really hate that so I just post the original size here xD
