I like the chair photo, though the bokeh somewhat disturbs me.
The post process blur is a real no go, or do it right. it just looks fake, especially because we can see some of the background completely sharp.

Oh gotcha, ya I definitely tried it on that one but I got lazy with the mask. Any tips on how to do it more realistically are appreciated.
