Wow. Really nice. I have shot a 50 cal sniper but it was at a gun range and 1 bullet cost 9$. LOL I had to pay 9$ to shoot the damn thing ONCE.

It's not really that nice, they are just muzzle loaders. Nothing special except one is kinda an antique, like a 60 year old flint lock. I can't remember it might actually be .50 calibre though..

I wanna shoot a .50 cal someday, see how good a shot I am over 1000+ yards.

Not been here forever.
Between the last world war and 9/11, there wasn't much.

Are you kidding me???? The 9/11 terrorist attack is nothing compared to many other wars...
Ever heard of Korean War, Vietnam war which claimed MILLIONS of lives, all those wars between Israel and those Arab countries back in the late 40s, 60s, 70s and later on war between Iraq and Iran that claimed hundreds of thousands of lives, the first Gulf war in 1990 when the UN (mainly US and European countries) kicked Saddam's ass for the first time etc etc etc etc..... I really think that the government here in Canada should teach the kids here more about the history because history keep repeating itself over and over. We humans are not really good at learning from our mistakes.

I have to agree with Chantal here as long as there are humans there would be wars and killings and it's always the innocent and weak who have to suffer the most.

Uhh.. No offense, but there is no such thing as a 7.62 calibre (at least that I know of)

Probably meant 7.62 mm.

I'm just curious if he's looking for 7.62 mm NATO or the Russian 7.62.

(The civvie equivalent of the 7.62 mm NATO round is [more or less] .308 cal.)

To the OP: nice Kimber.

edit:

I am *wildly* amused that a thread in the Photography subforum turned in to a discussion about firearms... XD
