Composition: 4/7. When doing photography as this (especially when it is 100% candid), you try to mantain composition on the subject focused since the off-focus becomes negative space. I do this a lot in weddings.
Creativity: 5/5. This is what I see when eating with someone at an elongated table, the woman's perspective. Candles make it very romantic. There's a darker interpretation as well, because of the dark eye sockets.
Quality: I can only guess what kind of lighting you used, but the darkened eye sockets really reduce the image to be rated largely on just the creativity. I'd appreciate a little bit more on the 'blacks' but that's just my taste. Unless of course you want to go for a more somber look: something like the viewer is tied up to a chair or something. The guy's expression helps this too.
