Well, I wasn't really sure how much control you had over the shoot, so it's hard to critique. But here goes...
1. Looks like the white balance is up the shit and the depth of field is too shallow. Not enough contrast in the lighting which really lets down the composition of her face structure. It needs more punch in the lighting. Pose is nice. Head cut off and I think she is too front on. Come more to the left and get her to look over her shoulder.
Everything was pretty much under my control except for some poses. They're better at doing most of them then me directing. I might make a suggestion here and there etc.
The WB is probably up in the shit hole. I think i left it on cloudy the entire day even when shooting indoors with natural window lighting and a dim incandescent light in the BG. I shot wide open to keep the shutter speed high enough to hand hold the 135L. I probably should have used my speedlite to add some more light to the subject so i can close down my aperture a bit. Good tips on posing too, i got 2 more model shoots scheduled in the next 2 months. I'll definitely keep those things in mind.

2. Very awkward pose, too saturated, white balance looks way too warm, everything is too sharp, the flash spots are a put off. I would of put flash heads outside and shot through the open blinds and used one key light up high and pointing down (maybe a dish or an octo)
My first model of the day, first time instructing anyone LOL. First photo i push thru post too and i think i did go overboard. The flash spot has been bothering me the whole time too, i spent tons of time trying to eliminating it and somehow i can't no matter how much i feather the lights. Putting the lights outside isn't gonna be possible since we were on 2nd floor. But a spotlight thru the blinds seems like an awesome concept.

3. Not bad but says nothing. Any full length shots? She looks "amazon" but the background is too blurred to give her a sense of belonging in the environment?
Well here are few more photos from the same shoot. I don't really have any full length shots :/ All SooC with no post work done. (all slightly underexposed imo)

4. Nice candid shot but black and white doesn't suit. Dislike black backgrounds and I think one key light is boring.
I thought it contrast well with her outfit

This is original before post. What else would you do with the lighting? I'm not like questioning you but i trying to learn some secret sauce

I think your biggest problem is is that you are trying to be too technical with the lighting. Also, your DOF is way too thin in some shots!
Sorry if I sound like a cunt haha
Lighting makes or break a photo. I broke it by being too technical

Any tips as to what i should do? Just a simple umbrella and perfect it first?
And to noobs like me, bokeh = skeetsauce. I guess i just need to tone it down a few notches :/
I

when you sound like a cunt.. it's like a free lesson
