You may want to look into a javascript based one. With Flash, mobile devices won't display the slider, and you really don't want to be ignoring that part of the market.

Is it just me or there's a lot of jpg artifact in the title image on the banner?

Nice site tho, very smooth to watch, I like it a lot.

Remake it just the same but with a better compression then :D

It quite attracts the eye on a small monitor.
