Don't waste the cash on the Mark I now man... 5d II is becoming very affordable and is a much better camera. Will probably grab 1 or 2 in the next month or so.



Try and focus on lines of contrast, it helps a lot. What camera do you have and what lens are you using?

Even tho the image size is alot smaller, but the ISO performance still beats my 50D.

I don't know about the 5D MKII as being affordable.. $2200 camera and affordable don't really fit in the same sentence where i live

Seriously, don't bother with the MKI

Save some more and get the II, it really is that much better. I'm not really impressed with the I's high ISO performance. Yeah, I can expand it to 3200 to get the shot but it's pretty horrid compared to the II.

LOLOL. Hey.. even if i do get the 5D MKII, it's still gonna be second best.. if i wanted the best.. i would go for a 1Ds IV

But, i'll seriously consider the 5D MKII if the 60D doesn't live up to the hype.

If you wanted the best you wouldn't be wasting cash on 35mm shit

60d will be 1.6x ... your 135 is going to waste on a crop

Canon need to break the mold and release a squared MF chip for their cameras.

Imagine what it looks like on FF though

f2 on a 1.6 crop is about a stop sharper

Please don't tempt me I'm poor enough as it is atm. a 5D MKII will break the bank >_<

Don't get it now then. Get it in a few months. The price will keep trickling down, maybe save a few hundo by then
