I totally agree. With film, you'll have to constantly remind yourself that you'll have to do everything correctly before hitting the shutter. I remember on my first trip with the DSLR to the zoo. I made a staggering 1600 exposures.. of which i kept only 150? (Maybe less).

I couldn't afford to do that on film. I would have to double check everything before i hit that shutter.

Looking at them right now.

One thing. When shooting on film, double check everything. Then once you've done that, double check again. You'll save yourself a lot of headaches and kicking yourself.
