My eyes feel blurry. Had to figure out where to focus my eyes at first.

I thought Day 2 was the best shot just based on the interesting facial expression.

The problem with the shots as I see it is that there's nothing interesting to them. There's mostly no interesting emotion captured. There's no moment in time that's captured. There's no scenery or landscape which is worth capturing in any of the images. Each image just lacks interest. While composition seems to be something that's being improved upon, other things are lacking. Interesting exposure/lighting, as well as editing of the RAW, are all missing.

If I started a 365 day progress thread, I'd map out some ideas to start with. I'd give the 365-day progress thread a tick-list of various photos to get; wild-life, motion, sports, emotion, landscape, night, etc. I want to build on my skills, so I'll likely take a look at starting my own progress thread (though it'd be a 56 week thread, rather than a 365 day thread). That's my take on it.

So to the OP (if you're continuing): I think you're doing well with what you've got, but you need to be more creative. You need to consider your lighting, you need to consider the moment if you have a subject of some sort, and/or you need to consider your scene if it's more landscape based. Take for example day 7; the tree shot just looks like something I'd go outside in my backyard to test my camera on the first day I got it. Day 6 looks like you're practicing static composition, which can be good and that's fine, but the picture isn't interesting on its own just for the purpose of being a single picture. Day 4 has lighting issues, and the composition cuts her off a bit on the side, and reveals nothing to the left.

I'm by no means an expert, but I think if you're going to start a 365 day progress thread, you should at least start it out with a bit more effort. Start out with a couple goals, not just one: Maybe you want to develop on composition and lighting. But don't just focus on those two goals. Keep in mind what you're taking a photo of, and how interesting your shot is. An example (if I were to go out and take a photo today), would be I might head out to Stanley Park and find an interesting spot under the bridge, and use the bridge as part of the photo and pick a subject, and make something interesting out of it playing with the way the lines can bring the eye from one thing to another (I have no idea). Alternatively, I might go out to the beach nearby me, and try out an HDR shot low to the ground with an infinite focus technique (requires some photoshopping). I might head out at night and do a long-exposure of the water with skyscrapers and their night-lights on in the background (might also require multiple exposure shots cut together).

There's so many things that you can go with. You can work on basic fundamentals, and/or you can work on interesting ideas that you can find on YouTube or through googling. Take just as much time thinking about what kind of shot you're going to take as you will going out and taking the shot.
