The shot of her is good, its just unfortunate where you decided to take it.
The elements in the background are really distracting; the billboard, pole, building, tilted horizon.
Also the grass is really distracting and clashes with her dress/makeup. The right side is very overexposed. Did you edit the colors at all, they seem somewhat over-saturated.
