Kratos gave me a wonderful link for the GIMP clone tutorial:
http://www.novell.com/coolsolutions/feature/15037.html

It is so much better explained than any of the official GIMP tutorials that are complicated as hell...

Other nice ones that I think would be useful, for GIMP users, are:
- selective coloring
- is there a way to merge 2+ layers as if doing a HDR on GIMP? I am very confused with everything related to 'layers'
- cropping
- how to improve a photo in general with GIMP (sharpening, contrast, saturation, blurring some of the background, and anything you guys do that I need to know :p )

For cropping I think you can just use a selection tool and then copy it and make a new file and paste it. That's how I do it in PS anyway.

One selfish suggestion I'd like to make..
I know there are some awesome tutorials on Youtube, but please don't include any, cause I can't view them
