Lol, i guess it all boils down to the person. I like my car to look stock or close to stock, i might add some magnesium wheels and drop it an inch or so to reduce the center of gravity. But i like it "sleeper".

Just can't beat the feeling you give to porche/ zr1 owners when they think they got raped by something stock. E.G Evo XIII.

Heh, my friend picked up a CRX due to how light it was, and i almost picked up a AE86 for drifting.

I dont know a ton about cars (yet) but if I had to pick a fav make/model Id say Nissan 240sx.

My bf is the total opposite, he loves muscle cars. But even his jaw drops if he sees a Skyline or something go by xD I used to have a 240sx vert, but I sold it because all I ever did was ride my bike. (Ninja, not a bicycle xD)

But I agree cars that look stock are the way to go, not just because people get angry when they get raped but also because it just looks better. I hate awful ricers that add underglow lights and tacky shit like that. Im jealous that you drift, I only did that once :(

Hah, i used to be a huge car buff.. at least before i totaled by Evo :(

I drove a 92' civic with no 2nd gear for two years till the tranny eventually gave out . Now i drive my dad's work van -_-.

240s are hella sweet, they make great drifting cars too. If you have the money, drop a sr20dett into it and do a silvia conversion :O

I hate ricers with body kits, huge wings (on a freaking fwd), body kits and underbody neons. I can stand carbon fiber hoods b/c the weight reduction is tremendous. Meh, i've only drifted a couple of times, it way more expensive then most people think. You run thru a set of tires in no time.

*P.s- What bike do you own? I'm saving up for a bike atm :P Nvr had one before (nor rode one)

Youre talking a lot of money there o.o Id love to get any sort of turbo. Also poor thing (@work van)

Right now I have a 98 Civic, totally cliche I know.

YES! Haha mine has a carbon fiber hood, its scratched to hell though. Ive been wanting to get the top layer sanded off but I think itll end up being all expensive.

I know, drifting is so fun though. Its worth the tires xD I used to do burnouts all the time on my bike, killed my tread. Well I *had* a Ninja 636 (great starter bike, dont let people talk you down to something with less CC's, youll get bored) and a 10R. Unfortunately I lived in Tampa, and both my bikes ended up getting stolen. The cops didnt give a shit either, I think one told me that mine were the 30-somethingth bikes to get stolen that month. But Kawasaki is the way to go, I rode a couple friends bikes and was always glad to be back on my own.

The resin on the carbon fiber hood doesn't cost too much to rebuff if i remember correctly.

As for bikes, i think i'll start out with something in the 600cc range. One of my friends got a cbr1000 on his 18th birthday, he sold it a week later for a cbr600. He couldn't handle it since hes had no prior experience... i think i'll be doing the same thing also.

I've had my eyes on a GSX750 for a long time. Seems like a good compromise between a 600 and a 1000. The power of a 1000 with the handling of a 600 = win. Didn't it also win bike of the year award last year? :P

Ill have to look into it, its just you never hear about it being advertised or anything.

Yeah starting out on a 1000 is never a good thing. Id say the highest you should ever go would MAYBE be a 750 (the gixxer 750s are quite nice) Also wait until you know what youre doing before you put anyone on the back, it takes a little bit to adjust to the extra weight, and when noobies try to do it they just end up tipping over :P

Haha I wrote all that about the 750s before reading the last part of what you wrote -.-' I remember going and looking at them as soon as they came out, theyre seriously gorgeous. Im not sure, I never hear about that sort of stuff xD I wanted a ZX-14 when it came out too, but the sales guy told me it handled like a busa, and I hate, HATE busas.

 The ZX-14 are gawdly. I remember drooling over the ZR-12 when it came out. I love the busa's performance, but hate the look. Pre 98' busa rape, not limited to 198mph.

Ninja edit: I'm surprised you're this much into cars, in my whole life.. I know of only 2 car girls :P

Ewww, how can you like busas xDD Especially performance..the turn radius is total shit @.@

Ninjas outclass those so much imo. You know the 10R can go 90 in first gear alone? I still cant believe that.

E: Well bikes more, but Im getting more and more into cars xD Im a total guys girl.

I'm talking straight line performance! The power, not handling. :P

I didn't know the 10R can hit 90 in 1st? Don't most bikes top out around 65-70 in first? If that's trues.. that's pretty damn good.

Thats why Ninjas are the best!!! Performance, power, everything! I think its up to 100, I cant remember if its 90 or 100.

Id take a dropped and stretched Ninja to the track over a busa any day.
