are you moving when this pic was taken?

I was thinking the same thing...
The blurred effect in the closer ruin makes it look like the picture was taken from a moving car..

It looks more like a shallow depth of field to be honest.

yeh it was shoot whilst moving, there is not really a dof coz i used summit like f18

Okay, it's hard for me to give criticism, but here it goes:

I like the fact it has those colors, very dark and creepy looking gives it a good feel.

There is a lot of noise in the photo, and the foreground is blurry. I would have liked to see this shot more inline with the horizon (not crooked)

Do you have any more photos of the ruins? They seem quite interesting.
