Honestly, this has gone way too far.

Firstly, Veilside is on the mark. That picture is a snapshot, and not a good one at that. No one cares how hot you think you and your significant other are. This is a photography sub-forum, not Facebook, not Myspace. If you need people to tell you how cute you are, go somewhere else.

Secondly, the name calling just denigrates your own defense. I'm all for free speech but if possible, a language filter on sub-forums like this would be nice. I don't see any situation where the words "F*ggot" or "Ch*nk" would come into play in a discussion of photography. For the record, I'm Asian and happily so.


I'd really like to see someone who frequents these parts made a moderator of this Photography sub-forum who can just lock threads from the start that clearly don't fit here or dissolve into immature name calling.

Grow up, people. Reality has no use for your e-penis.

Anyways, I DO have to agree with him on the only point of it being a snapshot. Dude, Photgraphy ain't taking pictures
with 1 hand extended out having the camera face back at you...That's for myspace bud.
