OMG! hahaha well I guess I am far behind. Well I do find quite a lot of interesting coins at my work almost everyday so my collecting is growing fast tongue.gif Now I just need to get some albums and stuff to put those coins instead of letting them laying around hahaha.

I really like those old coins too and I usually only look for Canadian coins made before 1969 at my work unless it's one of those rare ones like 50 cents lol.

I think coins are really interesting objects to take close up pictures of and I am going to try to take some more later on smile.gif.

Once you work with a lot of money; you'll soon get to realize that 1940+ pennies are very common. I find them all the time. When it hits the 1930's is when I save them biggrin.gif

tongue.gif Well I have only been looking for those old pennies for like two months and I am sure I don't get to see as much coins as you do since you work/worked at the cash office lol. I wonder exactly when they started to use those tiny copper pennies lol. Which is your oldest penny? US and Canadian.

I kinda like those Danish coins because some of them have a hole in the middle and they have those really nice patterns lol.

I don't know my oldest penny at the moment; I don't have my coins with me. I actually temporarily forgot the combination to my safe xD.

OMFG! lol though I have had an old chinese coin from the 1800's but I kinda lost it when I moved to Sweden lol you know how reckless kids could be ^^. I kinda want to find coins rather buy them it's more fun kinda like mfing hahaha but of course some of the coins are impossible to find especially those that aren't in use anymore. So I may will pay the coin store here in Regina a visit one day and do some shopping there lol. So do you remember how much you paid for your old old old coin? I know some could be very expensive depends on how rare they are and what they are made of. Several years ago I saw on an auction site where they were selling an old gold coin from the 1800s something and I think they wanted several thousand dollars for it ohmy.gif.
