Well I guess the only reason I want to get it is because of the low price tongue.gif
and I don't think I will need a fancy and expensive tripod head anyway course I shot landscape and maybe some portraits most of the time and I probably won't be getting a telephoto lens for wildlife/action photography anytime soon, probably next year after I have got my own car biggrin.gif but thanks for the advice though wink.gif.

Not only carbon fiber is lighter but it has more resistance to vibration and torsion and doesn't transfer cold.
It's not for showoff... Also, who would I show it off to? When I bring my tripod I am most often alone...

If you are a tripod user you know what I mean.

Update:

Well I went to my local camera store earlier and as usual they were out of stock on that tripod I wanted to get and the other mag-fiber tripod that were on sale is also out of stock rolleyes.gif
The guy at the store told me that tripods made of aluminum has the same strength as mag-fiber but mag-fiber is much lighter and since I probably will use the tripod outdoor light weight is almost a must.
According to the salesguy they are going to have huge sale on basically everything in that store in late April or early May so I guess I will probably have to wait another two months to get a tripod.
