cf tripods are for showoffs... its like a cf hood on a ricer car. its not a necessity. save yourself a few hun and get a regular manf. tripod.. skip the cf even though it looks pretty get a nice ball head for on the go. i talked the guy at my shop into throwing in a panhead for free when i got my manf. and ballhead

Well I guess the only reason I want to get it is because of the low price
and I don't think I will need a fancy and expensive tripod head anyway course I shot landscape and maybe some portraits most of the time and I probably won't be getting a telephoto lens for wildlife/action photography anytime soon, probably next year after I have got my own car but thanks for the advice though .

Not only carbon fiber is lighter but it has more resistance to vibration and torsion and doesn't transfer cold.
It's not for showoff... Also, who would I show it off to? When I bring my tripod I am most often alone...

lol That's so true! Well I have been very sick lately and I still had to work so I haven't had time to go and buy it but I am going to do that now so wish me good luck .

Update:

Well I went to my local camera store earlier and as usual they were out of stock on that tripod I wanted to get and the other mag-fiber tripod that were on sale is also out of stock
The guy at the store told me that tripods made of aluminum has the same strength as mag-fiber but mag-fiber is much lighter and since I probably will use the tripod outdoor light weight is almost a must.
According to the salesguy they are going to have huge sale on basically everything in that store in late April or early May so I guess I will probably have to wait another two months to get a tripod.
