Turtles don't live to be over 100 years old. (Unless in some parallel turtle age, like dogs)

not a pet turtle, but turtles in the wild (them massive ones) can easily live to 100

Yeah. Those huge ones. I fed one once, it was really old (seriously, it looked like an old man, as a turtle!!)
But damn they can run pretty fast.

Agree, dont think your turtle enjoyed it, and how about the flashes at such a close distance..

I don't know if turtles have sensitive eyes but I am sure they are not as sensitive as the eyes of cats and dogs besides if turtles find things scary or unpleasant they would hide their head inside their shells biggrin.gif

...if you had read my posts, you'd know i wasn't using a flash, but lamp lighting.
i don't think he minds it much, no different than dressing a dog or cat up.
after all he gets his treats for playing along.
