I love my 35mm f/1.8, so much better than my kit 18-55.

Still need a backpack/bag to carry it around.

Ive been wanting one but I just bought a 55-300mm so it will have to wait.
The 300mm is a nice so far though, I love having that extra reach for shooting wildlife

Could u post some pics you've taken with it?

I was thinking about a 55-300 or 70-200, but people tell me I should save the money are get something a little pricier in the future.

Im still a beginner at photography but so far the extra range from the 300mm has made shooting more fun and made it easier to get those shots that are a bit farther out when you cant simply move closer.
I havent had much of a chance to take it out for much shooting but I did take it to my grandmothers the other day and got a nice shot of a deer.
Its cropped a bit



In case you're curious as to how much of a difference 300mm is to 55mm here is a comparison
