You need to rest more!
Look at your arms. They look dirty, correct? That's the effect of PP and light. It looks very unnatural.
The light + positioning makes your nose look crooked.
Cut off head = no thank you, imo.

My arms are actually kinda like that. Guess the post work kinda amplified the spottiness.

As for the nose, are you referring to the shadow that makes it look crooked? Lol. I'm kinda not seeing it
