She was a bit. I tried to loosen her up with jokes, and I let her know to do what she felt comfortable doing. This was her first time modeling (sort of, she did a shoot last week or so with a fauxtog, and wasnt too happy about it) so she wasnt quite sure of how to position herself. I kind of blanked on poses myself a lot >.< I had looked up poses before, but its like it all just flew out of my mind, haha.

After RAW adjustments I edited that one with Paint the Moon's Luminosity and Artisan collections. Did you want a step by step?

Lith says the same thing all the time :P. Ive definitely been trying to.


Nope, thats enough, can you just show that photo before action after raw?

Should be noted that I also took the image and underexposed it for the sky behind her, did an overlay of just that area.

No that is as shot, I had to underexpose a copy to get the sky how it was in the final.

Another of my faves so far, hoping the pose isnt as awkward to people as I think it might be :x



And zomg, finally finished editing the RAW images. Went from 400ish down to 93..ffff I hate editing.

Digged out an old shooting folder of one of my hds and did some retouching / editing, trying out new techniques. Just thought I´d share to spice things up here a little. Seems like there´s not much going on here lately. Regards

alot of people told me the bar going trough her head is a no go. Makes sense if you look at some common photographic rules, and I´d never use such an element on purpose......... but I´m not sure if it bothers me at all in this particular case. hmmmmm....

I did notice it straight away but didn't find it distracted me much at all
just so attracted to those eyes and her jaw line, she is a beauty

but yeah it would be better without that

great skin retouching you did

so was this shot with a single light?
