Like before, I am in grade two, I thought we had established that?


This is a picture, it appears to be taken a while ago, with an older, most likely <5mp digital with a 1" lcd. It has a small vector illustration at the top with some words, done in post processing.
It's photography.

It doesn't look like a vector to me. For being a vector it's very low quality. I suppose any compression could cause that.

A vector graphic wouldn't be compressed.
