lastly, there is NOTHING wrong really terchnically speaking, u did fine on expouser/shrpness and honestly indoor action is hard to shoot so grats on having the money to have the gear to do that.

what ur photos (not just this one) are generally lacking is any compelling emotions, striking compositions, or other interesting aspects.

well... the differnece between u and a good photographer is that statement.

good photographer realizes the background plays a HUGE effect in the overall appeal of an image and in its aesthitc value.

I agree with the above? I don't like your post processing.. I feel like I'm looking at a fake horse or a statue or a painting almost.. not to mention now it looks like the background is overexposed and honestly I don't think that makes it appealing or realistic considering the horse is inside.. I definitely agree with verdena on this

dude it really does look better. Your version makes me snore.

Despite the fact you may not like it, my horse actually looks better than yours.

I think Verdana's version doesn't save enough of the shadows on the horse but hey, that's just my opinion, but I feel pretty strongly on this one.

it's a black and white on a black horse.
It's supposed to be black, not grey.
Just my 2 cents, no hate.
