I'm not pro, but I like the way you caught the different expressions in each one. # 3 being my favorite for the look of total seriousness on his face. Great job on all tho.

I'd love to shoot with a 1.8 or 1.4 one of these days! it looks like fun and nice and sharp.. I saw the difference immediately upon working with the 70-200 2.8 and it'd bugged me ever since lol...

In no way am I a photographer... I see what I see... all great images

#1 & #3 = Stern appearance... nice... maybe a thought in the back of his mind?
#2 = light happiness... seems the eyes are not smiling as much as the mouth... maybe he is forcing a smile?
#4 = a hint of happiness from the past emerges while thinking... great shot.
#5 = hard to describe this... looks like a disappointment in his life, or that of a decision... maybe there is a hard decision that he needs to resolve.
