Will do :)

I'll put the logo at the bottom and a big 'Copyright' in the middle ;)

That's not the point. The point is to benefit from it. People can simply crop out your photo. Make it so that it lets you benefit from their theft.

Unfortunately there's really no getting around it. Only thing i can consider is using it to your advantage. Every who steals and uses your picture is perfect time for advertisement. Maybe add some info onto your watermark?

Yep.

Maybe you should just take advantage of this opportunity and get some free advertising? Perhaps a more noticeable yet not image destroying watermark?

Untrue.

Yes, but not when you upload to Facebook (unless things have changed recently).

Somewhere it is written that Facebook reserves the right to use any photo uploaded however they wish, meaning they could use your photo in one of their ads and not pay you for it. That doesn't mean any of the users can use it, but Facebook itself can. I wouldn't upload any great pictures to Facebook without absolutely ruining them with watermarks first if you think they're good enough to make money with.

But then there's really no reason to put them on there, can't see a good photo with stuff all over it, right? It's kind of sad. I hate facebook that way. My theory is even if you put a watermarlk on it, so it's still decent to view, they can photoshop it out - it's easy.
